SUMMARY

The imposition of lockdowns and self-isolation has rendered many litigants across the globe extremely worried on how to go about their pending arbitrations, leave alone initiating new arbitration proceedings. The article explores various strategies which one can explore to fight or initiate an arbitration under the present circumstances so that the proceedings continue and does not come to a standstill due to Covid 19.
