Deal Brief: Structured Investments Limited (SIL), a Mauritius-based entity registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Foreign Venture Capital Investor (FVCI), recently made an exit from its investment in Mandhana Industries Limited. The transaction involved sale of shares by SIL to the promoters of Mandhana Industries Limited utilizing the benefits of the FVCI route. 

Our Role: We, at Nishith Desai Associates acted as SIL’s legal counsel for this transaction. Our role involved providing advice on structuring of the transaction, drafting / review of deal documentation and assisting on closing of the transaction.
