EuroKids International Private Limited, specialists in the pre-school education sector in India and overseas and in the business of publishing and distribution of children books received an investment of INR 390 million from Educomp Services Limited, a globally diversified education solution provider. Educomp has currently acquired a 50% stake in EuroKids which may increase to 74% over a period of time. EuroKids and Educomp will, together, strategically work towards further expansion of EuroKids’ presence globally in pre-school education.
