At the initiative of Nishith Desai Associates, domain experts from multiple countries come together in an attempt to create a forum for discussion and deliberation pertaining to the proposed changes in a select regime in India, and to explore the way forward. The Think Tank comprises of lawyers, academicians, general counsels, and relevant institutions from all over the world and makes an effort to provide commentary that will assist the government, regulatory agency or industry leaders in consonance with international laws, standards and practices.
