Evertech Exits Acqueon Technologies

Deal Brief

Evertech Holdings Pte Ltd (“Evertech”) exited from Acqueon Technologies Private Limited ("Acqueon") after eight years. Acqueon is a leading market player and is known for its omni-channel customer engagement software. Evertech undertook an exit from Acqueon by a secondary sale to U.S. based Long Ridge Equity Partners.

Evertech is an India and South East Asia focused private equity fund with a diverse portfolio which includes technology, healthcare, pharma and financial sectors.

Our Role

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel for Evertech Holdings Pte Ltd (largest selling shareholder for shareholding of 82.31%) in their exit from Acqueon Technologies Private Limited.
