We released our flagship research paper titled ‘International Commercial Arbitration: Law and Recent Developments in India’ as part of the ‘India ADR Week, 2021’ organized by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. Nishith Desai Associates was the knowledge partner and hosted the curtain raiser event – ‘Indian Arbitration Law at a Glance’.The paper provides a broad framework on the evolution of arbitration law -both domestic and international commercial arbitration in India.
