DEAL BRIEF

Walden International, a US based global venture firm, through its Mauritius entity, recently closed its investment in Quatrro BPO Solutions Private Limited, along with certain other investors. Quatrro BPO Solutions Private Limited is based in New Delhi and is engaged in providing financial and accounting services, mortgage solutions, legal solutions, risk management, business support services, technical solutions, knowledge services and interactive entertainment. Walden invested USD 8 million in a round size of USD 13 million.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal counsel to Walden.
