Ultra Space Developers Private Limited, a Wadhawan Group entity engaged in the construction and development of real estate projects, issued certain securities on a private placement basis for deal value of approximately INR 1.75 billion to certain investors.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal and tax counsel to the investors for their investment.
