DEAL BRIEF

Blackstone GPV Capital Partners Mauritius V-B Ltd. sold its stake in SKR BPO Services Private Limited to UK's Serco Group for around £385 million ($634 million). SKR BPO Services is the holding company of Intelenet which is one of the largest companies in the BPO space in India.
