NDA acts for Flipkart

DEAL BRIEF

Flipkart, the largest e-commerce group in India has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Myntra Designs Private Limited (“Myntra”) from its existing shareholders.

Myntra owns myntra.com, the leading online fashion retailer in India. This is the largest ever M&A deal in the Indian e-commerce space.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as Indian counsel to Flipkart for this transaction.
