Aditya Birla invests into Ozone's Chennai Project

DEAL BRIEF

Ozone Projects Private Limited, a group company of the Ozone Group, one of Bengaluru’s leading real estate developers, has raised INR 1.41 billion from Aditya Birla Real Estate Fund (ABREF). The proceeds would be used for the residential project named ‘The Metrozone’ in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
