DEAL BRIEF
SHI International Corp. ("SHI"), a leading global provider of innovative technology solutions headquartered in US, entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% of the Locuz Group, which focusses on cybersecurity and digital transformation services.
OUR ROLE
We at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as deal counsels for SHI and advised on legal and regulatory aspects, including negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents. Holland & Hart acted as the US counsels for SHI.
