NDA represents Everstone Capital in its exit from Servion Global Solutions Private Limited
DEAL BRIEF
Everstone Capital (“Everstone”) and the other shareholders sold their 100% (one hundred percent) shareholding in Servion Global Solutions Private Limited (“Servion”) to EMK Capital, a UK based private equity fund. Everstone invested in Servion through Evertech Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the year 2014.
Servion offers comprehensive digital-enabled omnichannel solutions with expertise in designing and integrating complex APIs within the CX ecosystem.
OUR ROLE
We at Nishith Desai Associates, conducted due diligence on Servion and thereafter, acted as the legal advisors to Everstone (largest selling shareholder) for its exit from Servion.
