DEAL BRIEF

SAP AG, Germany based Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") solution provider has acquired a stake in Newgen Software Technologies Limited ("Newgen").

Newgen is a New Delhi based software company and is a market leader in Business Process Management ("BPM") and Enterprise Content Management ("ECM") providing enterprise solutions in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom and government segments. Newgen has global footprint of about 700 installations in over 30 countries with most of these implementations being deployed at world's leading BFSI, BPO and Fortune Global 500 companies.
