Actis Investment Holdings No. 122 Limited ("Actis"), acquired stake in Endurance Technologies Private Limited (formerly known as Endurance Technologies Limited)("Endurance") from Standard Chartered Private Equity (Mauritius) II Limited ("Transaction").

Endurance is an automotive component manufacturing company in India and is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supply of diverse range of components for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles.
