Everstone group company ("Everstone") acquired a significant shareholding in Transpole Logistics Private Limited ("Transpole"), for a consideration of about INR 2.2 billion (~USD 41 million) ("Transaction"). Transpole is a private limited company in India and is engaged in the business of, inter alia, providing freight forwarding and logistics services.
