ComVentures' investment in Independent News Service Private Limited

DEAL BRIEF

ComVentures, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley , invested USD 11.5 million in Independent News Service Private Limited ('INSPL'). INSPL is engaged in the business of media and broadcasting in India and owns 'India TV' news and a current affairs channel. This investment will aid INSPL in strategic expansion of its business in India.
