Stride Gaming Plc, a company listed on London Stock Exchange, has acquired 51% stake in Passion Gaming Private Limited for USD 3.75 million.

Stride Gaming Plc is a leading online gaming operator.

Passion Gaming Private Limited is an innovative online gaming company providing and offers its premier product “Rummy Passion” through its online portal.
