Focus Area

Internal investigations are the forerunners in nipping the evil at the bud before it is aggravated, and are effective vaccines against consequences such as litigations by former employees, raids and searches by authorities. Most importantly, a timely internal investigation would also demonstrate good housekeeping action and therefore may exclude the company from any kind of accusation raised against it. Further, this would greatly assist in limiting claims and gearing up against potential liability.

Vidya Srinivasan

Senior Vice President - Infrastructure & IT


Vidya is an elected member of the NASSCOM executive council. She has over 22 years of experience in corporate leadership and has held several key roles within Genpact, including that of Senior Legal Counsel. She has played a leading role in building strong processes based on the company's commitment to integrity, compliance, controllership and data security. Her current role in IT includes working on future state IT infra and support model, cloud migration, upgrade of internal applications, InfoSec risk, investment as well as Board level engagement on InfoSec and emerging risks. She manages Global Mobility (visas) and is responsible for oversight on the Enterprise Risk Framework. Vidya worked with American Express and Ballarpur Industries prior to joining Genpact. She received her J.D. degree from the Campus Law Center, Delhi University.

In his current role, he heads HR for the regions of APAC & LATAM (emerging markets of significance for Infosys) and HR for Enabling Functions and Global Head for Employee Relations. Over the years, through his leadership, the company has emerged as a top employer of choice. From redefining Talent Strategy to suit the needs of a blended workforce, to championing innovation as the future of work, Nanjappa leads the HR function’s active role in helping Infosys evolve into a global technology leader. Currently, he oversees a large, high performing team across locations. He has been consistently recognized as an exceptional, outcome-driven leader and has been the recipient of numerous external and internal awards. Nanjappa holds a PGDM from XIME along with a certification from Stanford for an Executive Leadership Program. He is an avid sports enthusiast and has been a nation level athlete. Sanjay has over 26 years of experience in the industry and is well recognized for his work around driving organizational strategies through Talent Management, Capability Development, Digital HR and Employee engagement & Employee relations. Sachin started his professional career in 2002 with Convergys, followed by Dell International, Bharti Airtel, Spice Group, Bharti Infratel Limited. During his stint in Saudi Arabia, Sachin was the Head HR & Administration at MEAC for Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE region, followed by the Landmark Group, one of the largest retail and hospitality organizations in the Middle East, India, South East Asia and Africa as the Head of Human Resources. Sachin holds an MBA degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
