in cross-border transactions especially involving corporate &
securities, international tax and intellectual property laws.
Majority of our clients are U.S. multinationals, private equity & VC
funds, technology, pharma & life sciences, media & entertainment
and manufacturing companies. We only practice Indian law and work
with the most reputed law firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia. We have an opening for a
professional to head our U.S. operations. The U.S. office is responsible
for client relationships, client initiatives, business intelligence and
client communications. Candidates must have an understanding of the U.S.
market and preference will be given to professionals with a U.S. and/or
Indian legal background. Extensive domestic and some international
travel will be required. We are looking for a result-oriented,
intelligent, high-energy, entrepreneurial person with the ability to work
