Telsima is a leading developer and provider of WiMAX Forum Certified™ products for use in next-generation broadband wireless networks. Telsima Corporation had a subsidiary in India generating significant revenues for Telsima Corporation.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as the Indian legal and tax counsel for Harris Stratex with respect to this acquisition.
