INDIAREIT Domestic Fund - Scheme III, a real estate private equity fund,
in an investment deal of Rs. 48.37 crores, infused Rs. 41.83 crores in
Samira Realty Projects Private Limited (“SPV”), a joint venture
with Samira Constructions Limited for the development of 357 acres
(approx) of land in Mumbai and Alibagh.
