Fläkt (India) Limited (“Fläkt”), the Indian arm of the leading Luxembourg-based global air ventilation equipment manufacturer, FläktWoods Group, has acquired the air management systems (“AMS”) business of Caryaire Equipments India Private Limited (“Caryaire”). This business acquisition also includes Fläkt’s perpetual right to use the trademark ‘Caryaire’.
Fläkt is involved in the business of manufacturing light and heavy-duty fans having industrial application, and with this business acquisition, shall be creating a new Fläkt Woods Air Climate Division to house the business so acquired from Caryaire.
