Rodere Holdings Limited, Cyprus, made an investment of INR 2,000,000,000/- (Rupees Two Billion only) (“Investment”) in Orbit Highcity Private Limited (“Orbit”) by way of subscribing to compulsorily convertible debentures (“CCDs”) of Orbit. The said Investment would be used by Orbit to develop an integrated township project.

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as legal counsel to Orbit for this Investment.
