Indiareit Fund - Scheme I, domestic real estate private equity fund, made an investment of approximately USD 17.5 million in Skyline Constructions and Housing Private Limited (“Skyline”) involving development of real estate projects in Bangalore. Skyline, one of the renowned real estate developers in Bangalore, is engaged in the business of real estate construction and development in India.
