Devry Education Group makes its first Indian Investment
DEAL BRIEF
The DeVry Education Group (NYSE: DV; member S&P MidCap 400 Index) (“DeVry Group”)along with Kaizen Private Equity have acquired a majority control in EduPristine (Neev Knowledge Management Private Limited). EduPristine is India's leading training provider for international certifications in Finance (like CFA®, FRM® and PRM®), Accounting (CPA and CMA) and Analytics (Business Analytics and Big Data and Hadoop).
The DeVry Group is a global provider of educational services and the parent organization of American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Becker Professional Education, Carrington College, Chamberlain College of Nursing, DeVry Brasil, DeVry University and its Keller Graduate School of Management, Ross University School of Medicine and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Kaizen Private Equity is an education sector focused private equity fund.
